My stay at Nox Kensington was a mix of highs and lows. The location was great, just a short walk to the Olympia and even better for Westfield shopping. However, my specific room experience was disappointing. I was stuck in a cramped space that felt outdated, and I had issues with the staff that really soured my experience. Overall, while the location and some amenities were great, the room I had left much to be desired.
